Nahavand Iliati Tribal Rugs — woven by the Iliati sub-tribe of the larger Lur tribal confederation in Nahavand, western Iran. These are working tribal rugs — hand-knotted in natural wool on cotton foundations with bold geometric designs in deep brick reds, warm blues, and earthy ivory. The Nahavand Iliati rug is among the most durable and honest expressions of tribal Persian weaving. Sizes from 3 m² to 3.5 m². Prices from €990 to €1,100.

Baloch Merino Wool Rugs — woven in Khorasan province by Baloch weavers using high-quality Merino wool. Baloch rugs are known for their dense, tight pile, geometric prayer-arch formats, and a colour palette anchored in deep reds, dark navy, and cream. Turkmen Silk Flower Rugs — made in the Turkmen tradition with silk accent threads woven into a wool base, creating designs with the characteristic Gul (flower medallion) patterns associated with Central Asian nomadic weaving. Available in 2.5 m² and 3 m² formats at €1,290.

Isfahan Workshop Rugs — hand-knotted in the classical Isfahan tradition with curvilinear floral designs, fine wool pile on cotton foundations, and the characteristic colour balance of Isfahan weaving, warm ivory grounds with botanical borders in indigo and terracotta. The selection of knots per square meter does not recommend the premium quality of a hand woven carpet. They specify the ability and the additional effort required to knot a rug. How to Authenticate a Hand-Knotted Persian Rug

Three checks distinguish a genuine hand-knotted rug from a machine-made or hand-tufted alternative.

First, look at the back: in a hand-knotted rug, the pattern on the back is nearly as clear and detailed as the front — each individual knot is visible.

Second, examine the fringe: in a genuine hand-knotted rug, the fringe is an extension of the warp threads, not sewn or glued on.
